Buddhist Tour of Andhra - 1

ay 01 Arrive at Vijayawada Railway Station and proceed for breakfast at Hotel Quality Inn/ Hotel Ilapuram. After breakfast proceed to Amaravathi to visit Maha Stupa and Museum, which displays the relics of 2nd Century BC. Proceed to Nagarjuna Sagar and check into APTDC Guest House. Overnight stay at Guest house (220 kms/Full day).

ay 02 After breakfast proceed to Nagarjuna Konda Museum by boat. On return lunch break. Proceed for Anupu Ruins, which displays the Acharya Nagarjuna University dating 2nd Century BC. In the Evening proceed to Hyderabad (155 kms/3hrs).

ay 03 Full day city tour of Hyderabad, covering Golconda Fort, Qutub Shahi Tombs, Toli Masjid, Charminar, Mecca Masjid, Laad Bazaar (the famous glass bangle market in Old City), Salarjung Museum and Purani Haveli Museum (one of the palaces of Nizams of Hyderabad having World's biggest wardrobe displaying the clothes of the Royal family). Overnight stay at Hyderabad.

ay 04 Check out from hotel and transfer to airport.

Note:- Please note that this tour can be operated in reverse order also starting from Hyderabad and ending at Vijayawada. One can further proceed to Chennai by train (05 hrs).
