Wild Life Sanctuaries
The topography of Andhra Pradesh varies from the high ranges of the Eastern Ghats and the Nallamalai Hills to the shores of the Bay of Bengal. The hill ranges are often under dense forest cover the shrubbery is anything between moist evergreen forests in the hills to the dry thorny shrub in the Anantapur plateau. Correspondingly, the fauna is as varied as the flora and a large number of animal including tigers, panthers, sloth bears, wolves and a variety of herbivores and birds can be found in every region.
